The past is the building blocks to our future. Some people like to rip it down and build their own way. Before you rip it down find out why it has lasted so long and what lessons can be learned.

Learning from each other would take listening, possible compromise, and letting go of our egos.

Learning isn’t hard listening is? Truly listening and making sure you understand where others are coming from, two pasts are never identical.
